The vehicle will furthermore serve as test-bed for subsystem and component testing. Based on an existing preliminary vehicle design, your task is to develop a preliminary concept for the fluid supply system and propulsion system integration. These systems will combine rocket and aircraft technology. The task includes:

  • Definition of the requirements
  • Definition of the propellant supply system architecture
  • Identification of all required components
  • Parametric preliminary analysis of sub-system & component performance & mass characteristics
  • Graphical visualization / CAD design

Your Qualifications

  • Aerospace engineering student or similar
  • Knowledge background preferably in areas such as propulsion systems, turbo-machinery, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics
  • Good programming skills
  • Application experience with CAD software
